   c. Motivation and Responsibility: Joining fitness classes or workout groups can provide motivation and responsibility, making it more likely that you'll stick to your exercise routine by following others.

5. Longevity:

 

   a. Increased Lifespan: Studies consistently show a correlation between regular exercise and an increased lifetime. Morning-time exercise and brisk walk are best.
